Orlando International Airport serves business travelers, convention attendees, families, resort guests and cruise passengers. Those trips do not have identical transportation needs. A useful reservation begins with the arriving flight, exact final property, passenger count and every piece of luggage or family equipment.
Start with the complete MCO arrival
Provide the airline and flight number rather than only a scheduled pickup time. Orlando International Airport has multiple terminal areas, and meeting procedures may change. Follow the current instructions included with the confirmed reservation and check the airport’s official ground-transportation information when needed.
List large suitcases, carry-ons, strollers, mobility devices and child-seat requests. Seat count alone does not establish whether the planned vehicle can hold the traveling party’s belongings.
Use the exact hotel or resort
“Orlando resort area” is not a complete destination. Include the official property name and full address. International Drive, Lake Buena Vista, the Universal resort area and Downtown Orlando represent different routes and property-access patterns.
If the arrival includes a grocery stop, second hotel or meeting, add it before the quote is confirmed. A multi-stop or flexible plan may require a different service format from a direct airport transfer.
Business and convention arrivals
Conference travelers should include the hotel, event venue and required arrival time. The Orange County Convention Center has a large campus, so identify the event and building side when that information is available from the organizer.
Black Riven provides Orlando private car service by advance reservation for airport, resort, convention and private travel.
