Convention transportation
Include the event name, date, hotel and required arrival time. The venue or organizer may provide a preferred entrance or attendee instruction. Exhibitors should report equipment and cases before the vehicle is selected.
Cruise transportation
For a Tampa cruise terminal, provide the cruise line, ship and sailing date. If a hotel stay occurs before the cruise, reserve the airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-port legs separately while sharing the complete itinerary.
Disembarkation timing can vary. For the return, include the onward flight or final destination and follow the confirmed meeting procedure.
