Convention travel in West Palm Beach connects PBI flights, downtown hotels, the Palm Beach County Convention Center and private business engagements. The itinerary should identify the event and required arrival instead of relying on a general downtown destination.
Add the event and hotel
Provide the official conference name, event dates, hotel and registration or meeting time. Exhibitors should disclose cases, display materials and equipment that affect cargo capacity.
If a client dinner or Palm Beach meeting follows the convention, list it as a separate stop. A full-day schedule may be better organized through corporate transportation than through unrelated rides.
